As a Process Leader, you will: - Demonstrate Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect, Ownership
- Define Drylock Products converting equipment processes.
- Develop process standards and control the documentation associated with all converting processes.
- Resolve process issues and improve reliability through modifications as needed.
- Validate equipment and material processing for all changes or new equipment.
- Verify quality standard compliance on all process changes to equipment and material.
- Design and develop packaging specifications.
- Manage all aspects of trial process for equipment and material change to include test reports to qualify or disqualify proposed change through statistical process analysis.
- Resolve manufacturing problems created by process issues.
- Lead project initiatives as assigned.
- Aid in training of operation team members for process management.
- General project work as assigned.
- Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- Computer and statistical skills preferred as applicable to quality control inspection in the manufacturing field.
- An analytical background and the ability to use and understand statistics software, word, excel and power point are required.

Process Leader Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- Computer and statistical skills preferred as applicable to quality control inspection in the manufacturing field.
- An analytical background and the ability to use and understand statistics software, word, excel and power point are required.
- Score a minimum of 60% on the Bennett Mechanical Aptitude test.
