R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s
We are seeking a contracts Project Coordinator to join our mission focused team.
- As an individual contributor on a high functioning program management office team, will perform a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager and Staffing team.
- Provides support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle.
- Coordinates projects and manages calendars to ensure they are accurate and synced for the team.
- Writing quality is essential as you may assist in composing and editing emails and narratives for various business purposes.
- Works on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.
- Briefs team and management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.
- Monitors project timeline; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors, and maintains audit files.
- Identifies, communicates, and makes recommendations to resolve risks.
- Identifies and makes recommendations to resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project. May support internal and external customer requests for support.
- Documents procedures to fulfill project scope, objectives, and criteria.
Q u a l i f i c a t i o n s
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; Min. 6 years of related experience with no degree
- An active TS/SCI security clearance with active polygraph
- MS Office tools experience with strong proficiency in Sharepoint and Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Must be able to collaborate professionally with diverse stakeholders and multitask to accomplish work.
- Prior experience working as an accountable individual contributor.
- Prior experience working as an integral member of a high performing team.
- Prior experience working on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
- Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.

T a r g e t S a l a r y R a n g e
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
