Lodging & Hospitality Director Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of combined experience in the hospitality, resort, and outdoor industries
- Executive management experience in a hospitality or resort setting with a deep understanding of operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills in developing and mentoring forward-facing hospitality teams
- Leadership in new property development and construction
- Track record of driving revenue growth, P&L management, and data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders
Lodging & Hospitality Director Responsibilities:
- Operations Management - Ensure team is executing SOP's and Standards
- Property Development - RFP's, Pre-building (plans & permitting), Construction Oversight
- Partnerships - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regularly
- Financial Management - Develop budgets, drive performance
- Leadership & Development - Build a high-performance team, work cross-functionally with other teams
