Your key responsibilities - Develop, evaluate, and curate fragrances, collaborating closely with perfumers
- Contribute to expert panels across categories and provide recommendations aligned with project requirements
- Utilize specialized creation tools to produce high-quality product submissions
- Gain extensive market knowledge within the category and identify olfactive trends
- Manage projects, deliver client presentations, and engage with our external consultant
- Foster communication and networking internally and externally, while leading proactive initiatives and international key projects

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in fragrance evaluation. Title and compensation commensurate with experience (FDM minimum of 5 years’ experience, Sr. FDM minimum of 8 years’ experience)
- Strong olfactive skills
- Knowledge of market products, cross category
- Time management, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Technical understanding of Fragrance and its interaction with various products formats
- Presentation skills – ability to comfortable to present with passion and commitment to a broad range of stakeholders
