Position : Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Location : 1650 Galisteo St, Santa Fe, NM 87505
Shift : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Hours : 35 hours per week (No weekend rotation)
Facility : 118-bed upscale nursing home offering long-term and short stay care

Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• Appropriate licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New Mexico
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
• Commitment to providing compassionate and skilled physical therapy services

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services under the direction of a PT
• Support patient care plans to improve mobility and overall health
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to a positive, healing environment
