Serving the Boston market for more than 60 years, 3rd generation Developer and Construction Management firm is looking to add a talented Lead Superintendent to their team. If you are a Senior Superintendent with large multifamily project experience experience, please read on!

What You Need for this Position

BS in Construction Management or relevant degree preferred (or 4+ years in the field) and:

- 8+ years of experience in a Lead Superintendent role
- Strong background in multi-family projects and/or podium-style builds ranging $50MM+
- Experience with post tension concrete structures preferred
- Strong ability to manage subcontractor schedule and progress
- Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam or other similar construction related software
