ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Manager, Global Supply Chain Analytics – System CoE (Kinaxis Rapid Response) will support Regional Supply Planning teams by developing best practices around Kinaxis Rapid responses capabilities, systems, and output. This position will be responsible for monitoring Kinaxis Rapid response functionality, data input, data output, and performance. This position will interact with Supply and Demand COE, Regional Planning Org, Analytics and Automation Org, and Supply Chain Leadership. This role sits in the Global Capabilities Organization that establishes best practices, owns Supply Chain data usage (master and transactional), and delivers projects ranging from data visualization and process automation to data interpretation and analytics coaching. We are an organization of Supply Chain, Data, Automation, Process, and Planning experts looking for a motivated professional to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Kinaxis Rapid Response, SCJ Supply Chain data, data infrastructure, and existing planning and Supply Chain policies and practices
Monitor Kinaxis Rapid Response performance and alert stakeholders to performance issues, data gaps, and improvement opportunities
Capture Kinaxis Rapid Response improvement requests/ issues, problems/etc
Recommend areas/ modules / process improvement areas with Kinaxis rapid response
Collaborate with SCJ Data Analytics teams on data input/output as part of closed and open loop flows
Collaborate closely with SCJ IT organization and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy and partner with data owners on open issues as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related
Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain experience (Logistics, Planning, warehousing, Manufacturing, etc) including 3 years of analytics experience (using data to drive decisions, data mining, data visualization, etc)
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Military experience considered in lieu of education requirement]
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Experience with ECC/APO
Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
Advanced excel experience
Demonstrated results and working in a team-based, cross functional environment
Knowledgeable of SCJ Supply Chain Practices, Policies and Infrastructure
