Position Overview:

As a Content Marketing Strategist, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. while tackling challenging projects that contribute to our success.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experts across various disciplines to generate innovative ideas and develop a robust content calendar
- Partner with creative teams to craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience
- Implement multi-channel strategies to engage clients and prospects with our content
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are streamlined
- Contribute to the development of a content process that ensures consistency and reliability
- Assist in measuring the success of our content programs and demonstrating ROI

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing content strategy role
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality content
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement repeatable processes
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in professional writing and editing
- Familiarity with fintech, healthcare, or health and wellness benefits
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
