Job description

Position Summary:

Duties : Manage a growing team of data analysts to provide excellent analytics, insights to our attorneys and clients, including managing the team’s processes and workflows to optimize output and communications to key stakeholders. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and the team to deliver exceptional work product in a timely fashion. Lead and develop data analysts to advance Ogletree’s Data Analytics agenda and ensure high-quality output. Plan for and assign work to analysts to ensure that deadlines are tracked and met. Review and analyze output of analysts on the team to ensure it meets the expected level of quality for team work product. Support the Senior Manager, Data Analytics to develop a strategy for growth in the areas of data analytics related to matter and practice insights. Provide insights and analysis based on client and internal data housed in various source systems (i.e., SQL, Aderant, Interaction (CRM), UltiPro, CompuLaw, etc.). Support key analytics assignments, when appropriate. Create data visualizations that accurately and effectively communicate insights. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Remote work from home is acceptable.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or closely related field of study and five (5) years experience as a Data Analyst, Statistician, Project Engineer or related role where required experience gained.
