Join our dynamic team as a Senior Inside Sales Representative, where you'll drive success through outbound sales efforts. We're seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for technology. As a key member of our team, you'll promote and sell our innovative our Online Ordering product, contributing to our growth and market expansion. Location:
This is a remote role, with exceptions in certain states.
What You'll Do:
Initiate outbound cold calls to restaurants nationwide to introduce ourservices.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
Clearly communicate our value proposition and tailor messaging to address each prospect's unique needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Utilize Salesforce to manage client pipelines effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales and implementation process.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Convert cold calls, inbound inquiries, and referrals into clients.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales performance.
Conduct market research and adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
Proven success in cold calling and closing sales.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Advanced organizational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems.
Bachelor's Degree.
Restaurant industry experience is a plus.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $59,000
Uncapped OTE
