Curriculum Coordinator/ School Age Lead – Kids ‘R’ Kids Academy of Concord NC Kids ‘R’ Kids is a nationally recognized leader in the early childhood education. Our location in Concord NC is seeking a dedicated, qualified, experienced Curriculum Coordinator / School Age Lead to join our administration team. In this extremely rewarding position, you will assist our director in the operations of the school. We are seeking an Assistant Director who has high standards and is effective in building relationships with staff, parents, and children. This position requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Key Areas of Responsibility Overseeing the operations of the curriculum for the school and working closely with the team to increase the enrollment of the school. Ensuring the day-to-day operations conforms to all safety and sanitary requirements as established by the state, county and other agencies involved in the daily operations along with the companies policies and procedures for class room management. Assisting the teachers to make sure the curriculum is applied and implemented correctly. Working with School Age children for part time during the day.
