Job Summary
Home Center Outlet - Atlanta is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales & Customer Service Professional. This position is full-time and is located in our Atlanta, Georgia store and requires excellent customer service and sales skills as well as a commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, can communicate effectively, and possess strong organizational and retail skills.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and build relationships with existing customers while working to find new ones.
• Assist team members with finding and understanding products.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction of their purchase in order to build customer loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide resolution, and escalate unresolved customer issues.
• Utilize technology to access customer history.
• Take responsibility of the financial performance of the retail counter and ensure the store’s policies and procedures are being followed.
• Assist in maintaining the store showroom according to company standards.

• High School Diploma
• Prior retail or sales experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
• Ability to work within shifts
• Exceptional customer service skills and pleasant demeanor
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Holidays and weekends

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, hourly position with a starting salary of $17 to $20 per hour, paid bi-weekly with an additional annual performance bonus, commission opportunities, and incredible learning opportunities.
