Job Title: Tooling Supervisor - Plastic Injection Molding
Job Location: Somerset, NJ
Job Salary: 90k- 130k
Requirements: Plastic Injection Molding, Tooling, Medical Device Manufacturing, Tool & Die Certification

We are looking for an experienced Tooling Supervisor - Plastic Injection Molding to join our team and help oversee the production of our medical device manufacturing. You must have a wide range of experience in plastics injection molding, tool & die design, and maintenance and reapir of compund dies and tools. A Tool and Die Certification, training, planning, and scheduling are all desired qualifications. You will be responsible for providing leadership and ensuring that safety, quality and production goals are met.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the tooling department, monitoring, and ensuring that safety, quality, and production goals are met. You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all initiatives are successful.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years in tooling manufacturing supervisory role
Plastic Injection Molding
Medical Device Manufacturing
Tool & Die Design, Maintenance, Repair, Quality
SPC, GD&T, Continuous Improvement, ERP, CAD, Training, Scheduling, Budgeting.
Tool and Diemaker Certification
