Job description

Executive Assistant to the Owner Employer is a Montessori school company with a growing number of locations Hybrid position, mixing work at home and in an office Primary Responsibilities Manage the owner's calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments Compose emails, memos and letters Prepare and organize documents and reports Act as point of contact between the owner, center directors, admins, clients, and vendors Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the owner Perform HR administrative tasks Assist with recruiting tasks such as posting job ads, processing and reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates. Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions. Complete special projects as assigned. Run errands as necessary. Qualifications At a minimum, some college education; Associates degree preferred Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a prior administrative support role Strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Attention to detail and accuracy If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual that thrives in a fast paced environment, we encourage you to apply today!
