As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist with experience using TRACK software to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist who is proficient in utilizing TRACK software to handle all aspects of billing and invoicing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of billing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize TRACK software to accurately generate invoices for services rendered to clients/customers.
2. Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
4. Process billing adjustments, refunds, and credits as necessary.
5. Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
6. Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation.
7. Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements to clients/customers.
8. Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.
9. Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and procedures.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to billing and invoicing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Billing Specialist with proficiency in using TRACK software.
3. Strong understanding of billing principles, procedures, and regulations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
9. Experience working in [industry/sector] is a plus.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
