? Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineer
Are you a skilled engineer seeking an exciting opportunity in the life sciences industry? We are actively recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Plainsboro, NJ facility for a 6+ month role. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overhauling visual inspection processes, ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO, and OSHA requirements.
Responsibilities:
Overhaul visual inspection processes from an engineering perspective.
Utilize scientific methods for investigations and root cause analyses.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for visual inspection equipment/process.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement.
Lead projects for process evaluation, analysis, and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Biomedical).
3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the medical device industry.
Proficiency in Quality System Regulation, Process Validation, and Design Control.
Expertise in Statistical Process Control tools (SPC, Minitab).
Strong problem-solving skills and practical experience in manual visual inspection.
Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
