Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Development Intern that will assist the North Region as well as the National Build-to-Suit team in Minneapolis! This role will support the pursuit of new business and the execution of Ryan-owned and third-party owned development and construction projects.
Some Things You Can Expect To Do - Specific market research
- Assisting with a National Land inventory tool
- Fortune 1000 company research
- Data center development research
- Organizing project information, communication and meetings
- Assisting in site evaluation and acquisition and LOI/Lease negotiations
- Supporting the entitlement process
- Involvement in creating development proposals and simple to complex development proforma
- Site tours of speculative office / warehouse space
To be successful in this role, a high school diploma is required. You must be pursing a bachelor's degree or some other form of higher education.

- Have the ability to implement development tasks on multiple development projects with moderate supervision from associate or senior development staff
