The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities for a specific set of product lines in our Learning and Performance suite as well as the launch of our new services offerings.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Developing a deep understanding of Relias’ value and impact among customers and our product solutions in the healthcare industry.
- Owning the marketing plan and calendaring for a specific set of product lines in our Learning and Performance suite.
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute go-to-market campaign plans around the launch Relias’ new services offerings (and other products as assigned).
- Planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs for owned product lines through a variety of channels, including integrated marketing campaigns, emails, webinars, direct mail, events, and ABM tactics focused on opportunity and pipeline creation.
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Sales to better understand the customer journey and deliver marketing campaigns that address customer challenges and increase engagement and expansion.
- Measuring and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns, sharing insights across the business and making data-driven decisions to improve future campaign performance.
- Building cross-functional cohesion by working closely with departments across Marketing, Sales, Client Success/Care, and other teams across the organization.
- Taking ownership and initiative to support the marketing team and company through a proactive and positive attitude.
- Other duties as assigned.
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a customer marketing role.
- Proven track record of building and executing highly engaging and revenue-driven marketing programs.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment, healthcare and/or B2B experience a plus.
- Experience creating and executing product-specific go to market marketing campaigns.
- Ability to report regularly on campaign performance, leveraging dashboards and tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and PowerBI.
- Self-starter mentality with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously and navigate and succeed in ambiguity.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Curious, life-long learner with the ability to quickly digest new information and ask clarifying questions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiarity using martech solutions in a B2B environment such as Salesforce, Pardot, PowerBI, Instapage, etc.

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30days/quarter.
