Job Description:

Our client is located in the Clear Lake area and they are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and the details provided.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
• Provide follow up for customers.
• Provide installation support.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other Customer support role.
• Working knowledge of office automation products and databases.
• Must provide excellent Customer Service.
• Must have the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• IT Certification or Associates Degree in IT, Computer Information Systems, Network Admin. or Computer Science PREFERRED.
• 2+ years of working IT experience PREFERRED.

SCHEDULE: 

M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

PAY: $20-$24/HR
