We have an opening for a part time Inventory Specialist position here in Sacramento!

We are now hiring a self-motivated, energetic individual to fill our Inventory Specialist position! We are one of the leading full-service promotional sales firms in the Sacramento area and we specialize in residential marketing for a variety of clients through targeted residential campaigns. We have recently expanded our firm, adding several different divisions, and suddenly have an opening for an Inventory Specialist that must be filled right away!

**We need an  Inventory Specialist who is well organzied, detail oriented, and has a niche for identifying and capturing information on inventory and stock room management.**

The following qualities in our Inventory Specialist is a must:

• Perform on-site inventory and stock room management duties
• Ensure all proper notation is taken down for the cycle count of each piece of inventory that is in stock 
• Properly rotate the inventory and distribute out to each employee 
• Reconcile any inventory discrepancies and follow ups
• Prepare any inventory reports for managers  
• Must possess a student mentality, people skills, and work ethic
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Superb attention to detail
• VERY computer literate

 

Requirements of the Inventory Specialist:

• Experience in supply and inventory management
• Energetic and team-oriented
• Some College or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized. Must be detail-oriented
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Leadership and management skills a plus
• Good working knowledge of computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
