YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As an HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep (CSR), you schedule and book services or sales appointments, develop profitable sales, acquire customers through performing direct sales activities, and provide support to other staff as needed. You also dispatch, manage, and allocate resources to meet the expectations of our clients. Leveraging your organizational skills, you process paperwork and payments as well as maintain sales lead information, perform data entry, and update customer information.

You also utilize some of your communication and sales skills to develop self-generated leads through networking, data mining, and referral generation from previous clients. This also includes selling new service agreements and renewing existing service agreements. You work closely with a number of other people and departments to coordinate scheduling or dispatching, identify sales opportunities, and follow up. You feel good about using your skills to help keep our office running efficiently!
