Job description
We are a 25 year old commercial GC based out of Boynton Beach, FL! We are growing quickly and actively looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team.
Ideal candidate will have experience on public projects, k-12 or experience working with FPL.

The primary focus of the Superintendent will be to assure that a job is completed on-time, and on-budget. In addition they need to develop good customer relationships to assure that they are the partner that helps drive the job. The Superintendent is primarily accountable for assuring that assigned jobs adhere to the standards for Safety, Customer and Team Relationships, Quality, Schedule, Production our number one priority. In addition the Superintendent is in responsible for the Personnel Development by managing field foreman and is the recruitment, selection, placement and evaluation of all assigned individuals both employees and subcontractors.
- 3+ years Superintendent experience
- Experience with k-12/public projects (preferred)
- Experience working with FPL (preferred)
- Experience running multiple jobs at a time
- Experience with projects in Palm Beach County (preferred)
- Ability to negotiate with subcontractors & clients
- Excellent communication, organization & teamwork skills
- Proficient at document interpretation & project schedule preparation
- Knowledge of construction means and methods
