WHAT YOU’LL DO: As our Online/Internet Sales Member, your primary objective is to sell new compact tractors and turf equipment to customers in an online environment. You will be responsible for knowing and following a defined sales process which will ensure our customers have an exceptional experience when purchasing equipment online. Every day, you will communicate with customers via email, text, chat and phone, represent the company for the sale of machinery and solutions, and utilize financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods. WHAT YOU NEED: - 1+ year sales experience, preferably with equipment.
- Knowledge of agricultural and turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred.
- Ability to use CRM tool to track all customer contact.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays.
Compensation: $50,000-60,000/yr (Depending on Experience) + Commission Why work for Pape’: - Competitive pay based on your skills, training, and experience level.
