Job description

Image Orthodontics in San Jose, CA is seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join their orthodontics practice as a Patient Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance coverage and process payments
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy
• Coordinate treatment plans with orthodontists and other staff members
• Educate patients on orthodontic procedures and treatments
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and their families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical or dental office preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in computer and office software applications
• Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures is a plus
