Job description
One of our manufacturing clients in Trenton, ON is looking for a Industrial Millwright for their processing facility.
Shift : Days
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate documentation of equipment repairs and modifications in collaboration with the engineering department.
Provide assistance to external technicians and vendors during repairs and installations.
Aid in the integration, commencement, and troubleshooting of automated equipment.
Manage the inventory of critical spare parts for primary production equipment.
Alert the department team leader about any issues related to equipment, operations, materials, etc.
Qualifications:
Possession of a Millwright License OR Industrial Mechanic qualification OR
Machinist Qualification
Extensive expertise in pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Thorough comprehension of electric motors, gearboxes, and general drive systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T
Basic understanding of servo motors and motion control systems
Familiarity with PLC Systems
