We are seeking a Full Desk Recruiter with strong communication skills and a positive attitude to join our direct hire recruiting firm. Our clients range from healthcare to skilled labor. Job Description : As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to obtaining new clients.
Compensation Package
- Full-Time in Office - REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE AFTER 90 DAYS, IN OFFICE REQUIRED FIRST 90 DAYS
- Monday Through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Extremely Generous Commission Structure
Responsibilities
- Conduct a full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates with clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Utilize web-based search applications to source and identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates through written and verbal communication.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- High energy and self-motivated.
- Proficient in computer and phone skills.
- Proficient with web-based search applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in sales preferred but not required.
- Experience with a call room environment preferred but not required.
