Position Description
National Grid Renewables is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our Development Leadership Team.  The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations by assisting with administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication among the Development Company.  This individual is a self-starter who can successfully prioritize and handle multiple tasks and is able to adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.  Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.  Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.  Ability to apply for and receive a notary stamp.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Proficiency in drafting professional correspondence and documentation.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.  Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.  Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.  Resourceful and proactive in resolving challenges and addressing issues that may arise in daily operations.  Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as needed.  Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  Strong sense of ethics and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
