• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide consultation services on standards and processes

What’s a typical day as a Design Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Creating and modifying production level specifications in the factory database using inputs from Engineering Change Management (ECM) and sister factory decisions

• Communicating engineering and resourcing changes to production

• Providing consultation services on standards, processes, and related technical issues

• Working from system generated reports to ensure accurate data and part integrity

• Serving as a liaison and consultant, providing feedback that affects specification and decision activities

• Coordinating and delegating inter-factory decision changes

• Facilitating required multi-discipline meetings and recording meeting minutes

• Assisting with print reviews, quote requests, and part searches

• Training team members to ensure work is completed using proper processes

• Maintaining experimental drawing revisions and performing BOM analysis

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience with Excel problem-solving skills

• Possess strong communication, planning, and organization skills

• Have work experience in a team environment

• Understand bills of material (BOM)

• Have work experience in information systems such as PDMLink (Windchill), Netweaver, and SAP
