Salary: $32,000 - $34,000 per year

• Monitor and fulfill customer needs through order processing and coordination
What’s a typical day as a Sales Operations Analyst? You’ll be:
• Compiling and analyzing business results and opportunities by Market/customer/brands/channel
• Reporting analysis to the commercial team and management
• Monitoring cuts and in stock conditions to fulfill customer needs
• Tracking innovation and promo code results for direct distribution channels
• Leading and coordinating customer order receipts, upload, pricing/quantity revision, and validation
• Managing order processing for B2B, La Española (local), and export markets
• Developing monthly order forms that meet customer requirements
• Updating on-demand local order forms with correct codes
• Maintaining portfolio database, pricing, and discounts
• Supporting in identifying short shipments and re-ordering based on demand
• Managing order form revisions to incorporate innovation and deletions
• Creating deal order forms in SAP
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position and/or category sales related position
• Have experience working with the consumer goods or beauty industry
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Are fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
