Job description
The Contracts Administrator aids in administering contracts for resale of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and related IT Services with our Customers and Partners/Vendors. The entry-level Contracts Administrator provides basic support, data entry into SHI’s current systems and initial review of nondisclosure agreement . The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Contracts Team by monitoring the team mailbox, distributing contracts amongst the team members and responding to contract questions. The Administrator will make and return phone calls, emails and complete other tasks as they are assigned. The Contracts Administrator reports to Contracts Specialist - Operations. This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ location as per SHI management.

Include but are not limited to:
- Prepare the contract template for the sales team
- As contracts come into the team mailbox forward them to the correct Contracts Specialist
- Respond to questions about on file contract details via email and telephone
- Read over contracts to check details of client, vendor and equipment are accurate as listed on all documents
- Interface between the SHI Salesforce and applicable internal departments to complete contract forms requests
- Prepare the final version of the contract from the template, email, mail photocopies and deliver to all parties as stated in the contract
- Manage high volume contract intakes while maintaining quick response rate with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure that all issues are brought to management in a timely manner
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Word and track changes
- 1-year experience in a customer service position –using phone skills and email response
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment and under general supervision
- Detail oriented and ability to notice errors
- Capable of determining priorities, goals and objectives of work assigned
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions
- Excellent follow up skills
- Ability to meet SLAs and manage high-volume activity
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of the contracts SHI holds, especially in the public sector space
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $31,200 - $50,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
