We are currently seeking an experienced superintendent with a background in single-family home construction to become a valuable part of our expanding team!

What You Will Be Doing

As the Superintendent you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and scheduling all construction related activities on a given project
- Manage and control all direct and indirect construction expenditures
- Implement policies, procedures, philosophies

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of previous residential or commercial construction experience preferred:
- Thorough knowledge of one or more of the building trades (i.e. electrical, carpentry, plumbing etc&)
- Understanding of the technical aspects of construction
- Excellent organizational skills
