A leading tech company is seeking a Program Manager Non-Tech. The successful candidate will help define and stand up to start running and working across different organizations to build out the stakeholder list and to get the right people for approval and build out that governance. The ideal candidate has d emonstrated experience managing complex projects that involve multiple work streams and dependencies. The company offers a great work environment!
Program Manager Non-Tech Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $65/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company ( Redmond, WA 98052 - Hybrid)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Program Manager Non-Tech Responsibilities:
- Setting up a rhythm of the business for governance rules.
- Engage and collaborate with myriad stakeholders to ensure buy-in.
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Confer with management and the broader CTO CSA team to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Program Manager Non-Tech Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in creating and maintaining detailed project plans across a variety of tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects that involve multiple work streams and dependencies.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on hitting key deadlines and milestones and executing a list of tasks and being a self-starter. Stakeholder feedback.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
