Job Title: Tax Supervisor- Establish communication and expectations with Managers, staff and clients.
- Assist Managers with reviews of company workflow.
- Produce accurate and detail-orientated work on-time.
- Review and assist staff accountants with workload and technical issues.
- Be a hero to clients by owning and improving client services to deliver the best experience possible
- Monitor your workflow to provide Managers with feedback regarding approaching deadlines.
- Anticipate, monitor and meet the client need and respond with solutions.
- Prepare standard tax returns as needed.
- Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by management.
- BS in Accounting or Related Field
- 3+ Years of Public Accounting Experience
- +2 Years of Accounting and Tax Preparation
- CPA or EA (Preferred)
- General Knowledge of Financial Terms and Principals
- Generous Base Salary
