Job Title: Associate Attorney 

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $120k-$160k

We are a law firm that specializes in representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, business fraud, breach of contract, construction defect, consumer class action, product defects, and malpractice actions. As we grow, we are looking to add an Associate Attorney with Personal Injury experience to our team! 

Who You Are:

• Law Degree from an Accredited Law School
• Active Membership in the California State Bar
• Personal Injury Law Experience 
• Motor Vehicle Accidents (Auto, Truck, Motorcycle)
• Defective Drug/Medical Device (Pharma/Drug Product Liability) 
• Wrongful Death (Car Accident, Murder, Manslaughter, Drowning, Assault/Battery, Workplace Accident, Elder & Child Abuse/Neglect, and Medical Malpractice) 
• Construction Accidents
• Exposure to Toxic Substances
• Experience in Litigation and Trial Experience (Plus) 

What You'll Be Doing? 

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, researching legal issues, brief writing and oral arguments, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.
