Role: Project Manager
Location: Elgin, IL (On-Site)
Job Type: Fulltime
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Implementation: Formulating plans and stages for project development, ensuring adherence to projected budgets and schedules, and minimizing risks while effectively managing changes.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring rigorous adherence to federal, state, municipal, and customer regulations, and furnishing comprehensive reports on the status and progress of projects.
Engagement with Stakeholders: Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members to efficiently meet all project specifications and requirements.
Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Possessing over 3 years of experience in construction or demolition projects is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is required. The ideal candidate should demonstrate superior organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity and experience with IDOT & ISTHA forms, as well as AIA Billings, are advantageous.
