An entertainment facility is seeking a Custodian to clean buildings, ground, and equipment. You will work first shift from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Duties:

Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, clean ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.
Perform and document routine inspection activities, carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, and set-up equipment for varying programs and events
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs and stock and maintain supply rooms and restrooms
Gather and empty trash, clean, upkeep and perform general maintenance outside of the building
Coordinate with the rest of staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Perform other duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent vocational school
Must have prior cleaning and building maintenance experience
Must have operating knowledge of custodial equipment and basic computer skills
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions while being detail-oriented
Must be able to work successfully under pressure to meet deadlines and goal
Must have the ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 100 pounds using appropriate tools
Must be able to follow all health and safety protocols
Only candidates that can pass a FBI, BCI, background, fingerprint check, and drug screen will be considered.
