Position Overview:

Are you a hands-on, highly reliable leader prepared to play a pivotal role within our management team? As the Plant HR Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources - Operations, your responsibilities include leading the HR team (2 Generalists) in steering people management and strategy at our plant, spearheading transformative initiatives, and overseeing a comprehensive array of employee-related services in Human Resources, covering staffing, employee investigations, employment documentation, job evaluations, compensation, and benefits.
