REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Solid sales aptitude with the ability to seek out and deliver service with a sense of urgency, leading to significant earning potential
- Service-oriented solutions sales experience (preferred)
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Territory management experience
- Proven experience analyzing markets and utilizing data
- Customer/client-focused with the ability to initiate and manage projects
- Strict time management skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with solid decision-making and troubleshooting skills
- Financial management experience
RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop a sales pipeline through lead generation, follow-up, and closing of new professional staffing business
- Collaborate with the B2B marketing team regarding lead generation and market research
- Consult with existing customers to expand their relationship with MAU into new business offerings
- Deliver and consultative selling approach to identify and meet client needs
- Present solution options to key leaders, executives, and selection committees
- Leverage technology and market intelligence tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator) to optimize the territory plan
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with current and prospective clients
- Maintain a working knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective business solutions to clients
- Close new business to meet territory sales goals
- Pass leads to other sales divisions as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned
