Job Description Summary:
IT Helpdesk Associate will offer support and technical assistance to users who are using software, hardware , install new PC station, maintain warehouse system and storage
Job Description: - Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques for PC, Printers and related Devices
- Install or replace PC, hardware, software, and mobile device
- Install MS office(365), windows 10,11 and manage account.
- Manage IT inventory and purchase IT devices.
- Maintain and monitor warehouse system and storage
- End-user support for network-related issues
- Server room management
- Manage company phone system
- Other IT-related tasks given by a manager

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
