About this opportunity

Location – Plano, TX

We are looking for a Solutions Architect with proven Data analytics experience. Responsible for analyzing, defining, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions. Working closely with business development and operations teams to translate customer’s needs into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals.

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth discussions with customers on technology strategy and key challenges.
• Analyze technology and business requirements & create new technical offerings based on Ericsson’s ML/AI based cognitive services portfolio
• Develop and foster collaborative relationships with product, business development, Customer Units, and engineering teams to effectively serve our customer needs. Influence senior leadership teams on the value propositions and generate new services solution ideas.
• Perform/Lead sophisticated network performance investigations, identifying performance improvement opportunities and developing actions to implement solutions
• Analyze customer improvement areas and challenges related to introduction of new technology and processes
• Supervise high-level service deliveries, and advise on difficult problems
• Look for opportunities for Add on Sales & standard methodologies improvement
• Prepare and present technical presentations and proposals to both technical and executive audiences
• Understand business context to decisions made within and across the organization
• Mentor and guide junior members in the team

You will bring

• Outstanding RAN background and a BS Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, Advanced Degree Preferred
• 15+ years of engineering/technical experience with at least 8 in a customer facing position in Solution Architect or similar roles
• Strong experience with Tier1 operators on network planning, design, and optimization of RAN features through statistical analysis and inference
• 5G technical Knowledge and market familiarity and a related curiosity that drives/evidence of professional development in areas of data science, analytics, AI/ML
• Oral and verbal communication, critical and analytical thinking, problem solving, active listening/hearing, thought leadership
