Qualifications: Achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Case Management, Social Work or the equivalent Case Management experience in assisted living/office management. Experience working with the adult or geriatric population Good communication, computer and people skills, documentation profficiency. Able to establish working relationships with resident and families Be able to work as part of a team You must be legally authorized to work in the United States Covid-19 Vaccine required Ability to learn and complete new tasks, ability to adapt and learn how to put residents charts together.
