Summary: OF THE ROLE

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of Finalsite solutions. This position involves providing essential support to Project Managers by assisting in project scheduling, timeline development, and coordination of implementation tasks to ensure overall project success.

LOCATION

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project needs and goals, ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute valuable insights and ideas to the planning and development of projects.
• Support the coordination and management of projects by assisting with tracking progress within implementations to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Conduct project research as required to support project decision-making and strategy development.
• Perform administrative tasks such as collecting intake assets, project set-up or scheduling meetings, etc to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Keep track of and report on project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes set by the Project Manager.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks to the Project Manager when necessary to enable a timely resolution and minimize any negative impact on the project outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and or equivalent experience
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks from various project implementations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using technology applications to support project planning, such as project management software, collaborative platforms, or other relevant tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a supportive work culture.

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
