Job Description:

Are you passionate about shaping the future of aspiring cosmetologists? We're looking for skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Cosmetology Instructors. As a Cosmetology Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our students to excel in their careers. From imparting theoretical knowledge to honing practical skills, you'll inspire and guide students on their journey to success.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive cosmetology education covering hair styling, cutting, coloring, makeup application, skincare, nail care, and related topics.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to industry standards and curriculum requirements.
Provide hands-on instruction and supervision in both classroom and salon settings.
Offer personalized support to students, addressing their individual needs and fostering a positive learning environment.
Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, maintaining accurate records of progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure curriculum relevance.
Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the cosmetology industry.
Valid cosmetology license in the state of operation.
Proficiency in hair, makeup, skincare, and nail care techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and motivating students.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Patience, empathy, and ability to work with diverse student populations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing curriculum needs.
Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills.
Hours and Availability:

Day and Evening Positions available, with partial work-from-home/remote schedule options.
