Job description

Phaxis Travel Healthcare has an opening for a RN Case Manager (must have Hospice exp.)


I will work closely with you to help plan your next big move in your career. I actively work on your behalf to help you find the job of your dreams, whether close to home or across the country. From submitting applications to onboarding to finding housing, my team will be here to help you every step of the way!


Details:

• 8 to 13-week contract with the possibility of an extension

Qualifications:

• BLS, ACLS (nurses)
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 yr. in area applying for.
