Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does

future innovations. The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across
hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-in-class technology solutions that
support the business models of the future.
Who You Will Work With:
As our Sr Director of Transformational Change, you will report to the VP SEC Marketplace Activation and will develop and execute our Transformational Change
strategy.
What You Will Work On:
- FUNCTIONAL CHANGE: Lead a team of Change Leaders to work with the program business team to identify SEC solution change impacts for Nike business SAP users and stakeholders. Your team will design, evolve and execute the Change Strategy to enable Nike’s successful adoption of these business changes inclusive of:
- Change impact assessment and action planning
- Business readiness and adoption
- Stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Organizational change impacts
- Internal and external communications
- LEARNING: Develop and deliver an innovative and sustainable learning strategy that leverages innovative solutions to successfully train end users on new system functionality and business process changes that intersects with the change
- PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS: Build and execute a best-in-class communications strategy, leveraging innovative solutions to engage stakeholders
- CHANGE NETWORK: Activate a network of influencers from the functions and the business to augment and support the efforts of the program to ensure that the stakeholders are ready to absorb the change and adopt new capabilities
- GOVERNANCE: Establish and maintain best practices, standardized frameworks and tools, and KPIs to measure and monitor progress against transitional change and learning objectives, including measurement of post-implementation adoption metrics (e.g., organizational climate, adoption of processes and tools) and business results
- PARTNER MANAGEMENT: Partner with our systems integrator, Accenture to ensure best practices are incorporated into strategies and approaches to the work
- RESOURCE AND BUDGET: Manage workstream resource assignments across deployment phases and sign off on TCO deliverables
- TEAM LEADERSHIP: Direct manager for the SEC Change, Communications, Training and SEC Enablement Teams
- PROGRAM ENGAGEMENT& ENABLEMENT: Work with program leadership to design and execute an internal program engagement strategy focused on teaming and morale.
What You Bring:
- Transformational change experience especially in large, complex business and technology programs and preferably with large ERP program experience
- Bias for action and results-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with working with and managing consultants
- Ability to lead and influence diverse teams
- Strong leadership skills; empowers team and drives accountability
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years experience working in Change and Transition Management theory and methodologies
- Minimum 8 years in a managerial leadership role
- Proven track record of leading results-oriented teams in high-pressure or high-profile assignments
- Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
