JOB TITLE:
SUMMARY: The Warehouse Technician plays a critical role in managing and preparing toolkits for project requests. This entry-level position focuses on inventorying, inspecting, and testing toolkits, along with ensuring their timely completion. New hires, typically with minimal experience, will receive on-the-job training in this role.

SHIFT:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (this may change slightly)
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping to adhere to safety standards.
- Inventory management to ensure toolkits are properly stocked.
- Coordinate, label, and package supplies for project outages.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed kits.
- Include kit templates and calibration certificates where applicable.
- Ensure timely assembly of kits to meet schedule requirements.
- Perform quality control upon kit delivery, checking for completeness and functionality.
- Manage tool inventory upon return from sites, confirming all items are accounted for.
- Inspect returned tools for functionality and condition.
- Clean, reorganize, and relabel returned toolkits.
- Adhere to Standard Maintenance Protocols and safety, quality, company, and governmental requirements.
- Submit restock requests for tools and parts as needed.
- Operate forklifts and container lifts for toolkit movement.
- Complete mandatory annual safety training.
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Travel may be required.
- Handle additional duties to support our client’s vision and core values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in tool handling or warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong team player with flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and English proficiency.
- Physical ability to move throughout the warehouse, with repetitive motion activities involved.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting.
- Ability to handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs.
