Dignity Health Medical Group Dominican (dhmf.org/dominican) is seeking a Hospitalist to join our physician led, patient centered organization in Santa Cruz, CA, offering you flexibility and collegiality in a friendly environment. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital (dominicanhospital.org), which has 222 beds, and we're aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance:

• 7 on/7 off schedule with flexibility
• Only 1 hospital
• 189 shifts/year (non-shareholders), 180 shifts/year (shareholders)

  Mentorship from established and newer physicians in the group

Compensation*/Benefits Include:

• Salary: $320,000/year
• Excellent earning potential with productivity bonus
• Residency signing stipend: $18,000
• Sign on bonus: $60,000
• Relocation assistance: $20,000
• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance
