We have developed into a nationwide multi-service contractor providing a comprehensive variety of construction, industrial, civil, and environmental services over the course of the last 70+ years. As we are growing we are looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team.The project superintendent is solely in charge of the project's on-site production. In order to achieve an achievable goal of zero incidents, the superintendent is in charge of overseeing craftsmen and subcontractors, managing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with design documents, maintaining sequences to meet schedule, holding meetings on the job site, scheduling owned equipment, and managing the jobsite safety program. Superintendents are expected to follow company policies and procedures, maintain moral principles, and embody company idealsintegrity and service being of utmost importance. The General Superintendent receives direct reports from superintendents.
A four-year college degree or comparable combinations of technical training and experience are among the educational prerequisites.
A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in commercial construction is required for career experience. Experience in residential construction won't be taken into account.
Experience in commercial construction must entail sophisticated knowledge of construction scheduling and cost control, as well as the use of tools, equipment, means, and procedures.
Experience managing and supervising sizable teams of artisans is a must for working in commercial construction.
excellent communication both in writing and speaking.
Must be able and willing to speak in front of groups of people during presentations and project interviews.
OSHA-30 qualified.

This position offers an annual salary of $70,000 - 110,000.
