Job description
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Agile Coach . The Agile Coach will lead and facilitate teams through the agile framework to accelerate system development. The majority of work will be performed at the Portfolio and Large Solution Levels. You must be familiar with Agile practices (preferably SAFe) and be willing to become an Agile Coach to help lead the Agile transformation.
- Enable delivery teams to adopt agile and perform development activities
- Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work in an agile way
- Drive strategic change across the organization for adoption of agile techniques
- Embed an agile culture using techniques from a wide range of agile and lean methodologies and frameworks
- Demonstrate relevant tools and techniques such as coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring
- Enable stakeholders to find accurate and current project or program status, without disruption to delivery
- Apply best tools and techniques to: team roles, behaviors, structure and culture, agile ceremonies and practices, knowledge transfer and sharing, program management, cross-team coordination, and overall governance of digital service delivery
- Ensure key metrics and requirements that support the team and delivery are well defined and maintained
- Equip staff with the ability to coach others
- If organization level, executive coaching on the fundamental considerations of digital service delivery design
- Guide organizations in fostering better ways of working
- Using the principles of SAFe, serve the teams, enable product delivery, and benefit the overall enterprise.
- By embodying servant leadership, help the organization increase SAFe's effectiveness and relentlessly expand collaboration, coordination, knowledge transfer, and consistent information flow.
- Be a facilitator of change by organizing around value, encouraging knowledge sharing and use of design thinking to innovate around the
- Find ways to coachand continuously improve collaboration at scale.
- Communicate the business need, urgency, and vision for change.
- Socialize the new concepts and communicate upcoming changes and establish metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to understand the flow of value and facilitate the identification of Operational Value Streams, Development Value Streams and ARTs to find those that are the most opportunistic for launch.
- Train executives, leaders, Agile teams, and specialty roles-such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Solution Train Engineer (STE) and Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Secret security clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent years of work experience
- Five plus (5+) years relevant experience is required
- Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent.
- Experience as a certified scrum master, certified product owner, release train engineer, or Agile coach
- Strong organizational, time-management, and verbal / written communication skills, able to convey information across multiple customer and corporate audiences
- Ability to facilitate larger sessions or events for product planning, etc.
- Knowledgeable of Agile practices (preferably SAFe)
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification desired
