What Will I Be Doing?
Pinnacle Family Services/ Health Connect America is currently seeking a full-time Foster Care Marketing Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting foster families. As the primary point of contact for our foster care marketing efforts, you will play a vital role in connecting children in need with caring families. Your main objective will be to recruit foster parents capable of providing a nurturing environment to children in foster care, while also supporting them in addressing their trauma and meeting their unique needs.

Am I A Good Fit?

This role involves frequent travel and a flexible schedule, including availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Candidates must be willing to work and travel throughout the area of Florence, SC, and surrounding areas area.

• Knowledge of marketing and communications principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on the mental healthcare and foster care services industry.
• Knowledge of child welfare system
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology or another Human Services field required
• 1 year of experience working with the child welfare system preferred
• SC Licensed in LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LMPT preferred
• Foster parent recruitment and licensing experience preferred
• Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license)
